If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as for the original purchase. The items must have the tags attached in order to receive the full refund.
Details on how to return your purchase:

List your name, telephone number, order number and reason for the return in the body of your email.
If you are returning your entire order, please indicate so. If not, please list the item numbers and quantities of each item that you wish to return.
Take one (1) copy of your original invoice and indicate which items you are returning.
Carefully pack the ticketed items to be returned and enclose the updated copy of the invoice.

Please be sure to apply sufficient postage to ensure delivery of your return package. We encourage the use of a traceable shipping method for your return, as we are not responsible for lost parcels. We do not accept COD or collect deliveries.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and credited to the credit card used in the original transaction. Shipping charges cannot be refunded unless you received an item in error. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the return to be credited.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank - there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

The following items are excluded from this refund policy and will not be accepted for refund or exchange:
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours from the order date. Please allow up to 2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and sale days. These days require additional processing time) to process and ship your order.
Shipping will be standard ground via Purolator or Canada Post.
