Can I modify an order once it’s been submitted? 
Unfortunately, your order cannot be modified once it has been submitted.  You will need to complete a new transaction if you wish to purchase additional merchandise.

How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please email customer.service@diaraboutique.com.  Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

How can I return my order? 
All purchases from diaraboutique.com can be returned within 30 days of purchase. 
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as for the original purchase.  The items must have the tags attached in order to receive the full refund.  Click for details on how to return your purchase...

I did not receive an order confirmation or shipping confirmation email. What should I do? 
Sorry that you did not receive confirmation of your order. It is possible this could have gone to your bulk email folder or we have an incorrect email address for you. Please contact us at 1-844-511-7555 or customer.service@diaraboutique.com and we will resend you an email confirmation once we verify your order was placed.

Do you ship to PO boxes? 
Yes we can ship to a PO Box simply enter the PO Box in your address at checkout.

Do you get items back in stock if they are sold out? 
Unfortunately we do not restock styles.  However, similar styles are received during our weekly new arrivals.

Why does DIARA collect my personal information?
We collect your personal information in order to:

  • Provide you with the services you request
  • Complete your purchase
  • To send you offerings by mail or e-mail
  • Be able to notify you of new or additional products, services, and promotions that might be of interest to you
  • To notify or provide you with other information concerning products you have purchased
  • To improve our merchandise selections, customer service, and overall shopping experience

Do you have a catalog or physical store?
Sorry but for now, we are an online store only.  However, we may add physical stores in the future.  If you sign up to receive our emails, we will be sure to keep you posted on this and other information about DIARA.

Why my credit card was declined even though the funds were available?
It could be that your credit card information was entered incorrectly.  Please double check your entry.  It could also be that you have reached your daily spending limit.  Most credit card has a daily spending limit. If you have reached this daily spending limit your bank will refuse the charge even though the funds are there.  You can use another credit card to complete your transactions.  You could also contact your bank to have the limit lifted or wait and try your order again tomorrow.

Can you ship my order somewhere other than my billing address?
Yes, we can ship an order somewhere other than my billing address. At our checkout just enter your shipping information in the Shipping Address section. Please enter the address that you'd like your order to be shipped to and write the address that is on your credit card in the billing address section. We will then mail your order to the address listed as the shipping address.
